Verify supplier qualifications and test reports for aluminum alloy profiles, PVC profiles, glass, hardware and other raw materials. Conduct batch sampling inspections on wall thickness, hardness, weather resistance, explosion-proof grade, rust resistance and other indicators. Materials are warehoused only when up to standard, preventing unqualified materials from entering production.
Set three key quality control nodes: check dimensional accuracy and cut flatness after cutting; verify splicing gaps, seal strip fit and hardware firmness during assembly; test coating adhesion, color uniformity and surface integrity after spraying/laminating. Inspected and signed by dedicated staff, unqualified products are reworked immediately to ensure traceable quality.
Conduct comprehensive inspections on finished products after assembly: check overall dimensions, opening/closing smoothness, sealing performance (water/air/sound tightness), hardware durability and packaging protection. All items must comply with national standards and custom requirements; delivery is arranged only after issuing a qualification certificate.
